Sanshodhan Darpan–Research Journal is an Indexed, Refereed, and Peer Reviewed Journal of Education published annually by the Faculty of Education, Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, Gandhinagar. It invites original, unpublished research papers, review articles, policy papers, and book reviews in the fields of Education—Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), School Education, Higher Education, and Teacher Education. Contributions are accepted in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Manuscript Submission
- Authors should send the soft copy of manuscripts in MS-Word / PDF format via email to the Editor at: shanshodhandarpan@gmail.com
- The submission should include:
- Abstract: 150–250 words, with 4–6 keywords.
- Declaration: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
Manuscript Format
- Research papers: 3,000–4,500 words (including references and notes).
- Review articles: up to 6,000 words, with references limited to around 100.
- Policy papers / Book reviews: 1,500–2,500 words.
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing, A4 size, one side only.
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
- Title: Font size 16, Bold & Capitalized.
- Author(s) name(s): Font size 12, bold, italic. Affiliation(s) centered below name(s).
- Tables, figures, and charts should be in black & white. If taken from another source, provide reference. Figures should be in JPEG/TIFF/PNG formats.
- Articles must follow APA (latest edition) referencing style.
Review Process
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review by at least two referees.
- The review process generally takes 6–8 weeks.
- Articles with policy relevance or strong methodological innovations may be prioritized for early publication.
Copyright & Permissions
- Copyright remains with the author(s). However, once published, the article cannot be reproduced or republished without prior permission of the author(s) and the Editor.
- Authors are responsible for plagiarism checks and legal clearance of content.
- Published articles will be posted on the Faculty of Education, KSV website (https://foeksv.org/en/sanshodhan-darpan-research-journal/ ).
Ethical Policy
- Manuscripts must be original and not submitted elsewhere simultaneously.
- Plagiarism, fabrication, or unethical practices will lead to immediate rejection.
- Authors must acknowledge all sources and obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted material.

- Title Page (Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Corresponding Author details)
- Abstract & Keywords
- Main Text (with structured subheadings)
- Acknowledgements (if any)
- References (APA, latest edition)
- Tables, Charts, Figures (each on a separate page)
