Blind School Visit

B.Ed. trainees from R.H. Patel English Medium College of Education and S.S. Patel College of Education had the incredible opportunity to visit the Blind School in Gandhinagar on 19th July 2025.This visit was not just an educational experience, but a profound journey into empathy, resilience, and human connection. Interacting with the visually impaired students was both humbling and inspiring. The trainees engaged in meaningful conversations, participated in various activities, and shared moments that touched their hearts deeply.The visit gave our future educators a valuable insight into the world of differently-abled learners — how they overcome challenges with courage, how they communicate with warmth, and how their spirit shines despite limitations. It was truly a great experience of life — a reminder that education is not just about textbooks, but about understanding people, embracing diversity, and fostering inclusion. We extend our gratitude to the staff of the Blind School for welcoming us so warmly, and we hope to continue building such bridges of learning and compassion.
