Expert Session “Change is for Good”

On December 20, 2024, an expert session titled “Change is for Good” was held for first-semester B.Ed. trainees at Smart Classroom No. 4, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. The session was led by Dr. Raji Dennis, the Principal of Commerce and Science College, Samarpan Gandhinagar. The objective of the session was to encourage growth and development by enhancing processes, systems, and behaviors to improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes. The session aimed to help students understand how to foster learning, self-improvement, and skill development while promoting organizational transformation to achieve strategic goals. With 70 trainees in attendance, the program was convened by Dr. Vibha Dwivedi. The session was well-received, with students appreciating the creative thinking and exploration of new ideas, leading to innovative solutions and unique growth opportunities.
